How we earn

When you click a link to a coach and buy their programme, the coach pays us a commission: a percentage of what you pay, agreed with each coach in writing. It costs you nothing extra. You pay the coach’s normal price, on the coach’s own site.

If we recommend tools or services in future (for example in the AI skills library), some of those links may be affiliate links too, and they’ll be labelled the same way.

The rules that protect you

• Commission never decides who is listed. The only way onto this site is passing our verification. We’ve never listed anyone for payment, and never will.
• Commission never decides ranking. Coaches appear in order of verification date, newest first. There are no paid placements.
• We publish our rejections. How many applicants we turn down is shown live on the site.
• We’ll delist anyone. If a coach’s buyers consistently report bad experiences, we remove them, whatever they pay us.

Where you’ll see this disclosed

Directly above every link to a coach, not only here or in the footer. We also disclose it in videos and social posts that link to coaches.

What we don’t do

We don’t take payments, deliver courses, handle refunds or hold buyer accounts. When you buy, your agreement is with the coach. See our terms.
