Who we are

DigitalMoney.network is run from Latvia and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact for anything privacy-related: our contact form.

What we collect, and why

• Email updates. If you sign up, we store your email address, where on the site you signed up, and when, to email you about new free skills and newly verified coaches. Legal basis: your consent.
• Coach applications. Your name, email, country, the skill you teach, where your income comes from, the income range and duration you tell us, any links you add, and what you write. We use it to assess your application and contact you about it. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before listing you, and our legitimate interest in verifying coaches properly.
• Contact messages. Your name, email, topic and message, used to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Outbound click counts. When someone clicks a link to a coach, we record which link and from which page, with the time. We don’t record who clicked: no IP address, no identifier, nothing that can identify you.

Verification evidence

Screen recordings and payout summaries used to verify a coach are never uploaded through this website. We review them, record the decision and an income band, and delete the evidence within 30 days of the decision. We never ask for or accept bank statements, tax returns, ID scans or anything showing an account number.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores form submissions and click counts, in their Frankfurt (EU) data centre.
• Our website host serves the pages, and processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Video hosts. If a coach’s page has a teaching video, it only loads from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom when you press play. Once you do, that company receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set cookies or track you. The only thing it stores on your device is your light or dark theme choice, if you make one, and that never leaves your browser. Fonts, images and the homepage video are served from our own domain.

How long we keep it

• Email updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Coach applications: 12 months after our decision, so reapplications can be fast-tracked. For listed coaches, the verification record is kept while they’re listed and for 12 months after.
• Contact messages: 12 months after the conversation ends.
• Click counts: kept, because they contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time, which stops future emails. Ask through our contact form. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv) or the data protection authority where you live.

Age

This site isn’t aimed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
