Plan a faceless Instagram strategy with Claude

Use Claude to plan 30 days of faceless Instagram content — post ideas, hooks and visual concepts for an account where you never show your face.

Last checked 22 October 2026

What you'll make

A 30-day content plan for a faceless Instagram account — post ideas for each day, visual concepts (what the image or video shows since you're not in it), caption hooks and hashtag suggestions. Ready to schedule or batch-create.

What you need

  • A Claude account
  • A niche or topic for your Instagram account (e.g. money tips, productivity quotes, aesthetic desk setups, digital art)
  • Knowing what tools you'll use to create visuals (Canva, stock photos, text-based graphics, screen recordings)
  • 30 minutes

Steps

  1. Tell Claude about your account and ask for the full plan:
I'm starting a faceless Instagram account in the [niche] niche. I will never show my face — all content will use [your visual style: text graphics, stock photos, screen recordings, AI-generated images, b-roll footage]. My target audience is [who they are]. My goal is to [grow followers / drive traffic to a link / build an email list].

Plan 30 days of content. For each day, give me:
1. Post type (single image, carousel, reel, story)
2. Visual concept (what's on screen — described specifically, not "a nice photo")
3. Caption hook (first line that makes someone stop scrolling)
4. Caption body (2–4 sentences)
5. Hashtags (10–15, mixed broad and niche)
6. CTA (what action to push — save, share, comment, click link in bio)

Mix the content types: roughly 40% reels, 30% carousels, 20% single images, 10% stories. Don't repeat the same visual concept twice in the 30 days.
  1. Ask Claude to group the posts into weekly themes:
Organise the 30 posts into 4 weekly themes. Each week should have a sub-topic within [niche] that the posts build on. Tell me the theme for each week and which days fall under it.

This helps me batch-create content by theme instead of jumping between unrelated topics.
  1. Ask Claude for a batch-creation plan:
Based on the 30-day plan, give me a batch creation schedule. I want to create all content in 2–3 sessions rather than daily. Tell me:
1. What to create in each session (which days' content)
2. What tools to use for each post type
3. How long each session should take
4. What to prepare in advance (templates, stock images, script notes for reels)
  1. Review the plan. Discard any post ideas that feel off-brand or that you couldn't realistically create with your tools. Better to post 20 good ones than 30 mediocre ones.

Check your result

  • No two days have the same visual concept or hook angle
  • The mix of post types is roughly 40% reels, 30% carousels, 20% single images, 10% stories
  • Every caption hook is specific to the niche — not a generic "Did you know..." opener
  • The weekly themes make sense as sub-topics, not random groupings
  • The batch creation plan fits into 2–3 sessions you could actually do in a weekend

If the post ideas feel generic ("share a quote", "post a tip"), give Claude more specific angles: "My audience struggles with [specific problem]" or "The most common question I get is [specific question]." The more specific your input, the less generic the output.
