What you'll make

A 90-day content plan for a faceless YouTube channel — niche chosen, 12 video topics with titles, a reusable script template, and thumbnail concepts for each video. You'll know what to make and when, without staring at a blank page.

What you need

  • A Claude account
  • A topic area you know something about (e.g. personal finance, tech tutorials, history, productivity)
  • 30 minutes

Steps

  1. Start by narrowing the niche with Claude:
I want to start a faceless YouTube channel (no on-camera presence, using voiceover and stock footage or screen recordings). My topic area is [your area]. Suggest 5 specific niches within this area that have consistent search demand on YouTube, are suited to faceless format, and aren't already dominated by huge channels. For each, explain why it works faceless and what format the videos would take (slideshow, screen recording, whiteboard animation, etc.).
  1. Pick one niche and ask Claude for a 90-day content calendar:
I've chosen this niche: [your chosen niche]. Plan a 90-day content calendar with 12 videos (one per week roughly). For each video give me:
1. A title under 60 characters that would work for YouTube search
2. The search intent (what someone typing this is looking for)
3. The video format (screen recording, slideshow, etc.)
4. An estimated length
Order them so the first 4 are easier to produce and build an audience foundation.
  1. Ask Claude for a reusable script template:
Write a reusable YouTube script template for this niche. It should have:
1. A 15-second hook with 2 variants
2. A 30-second intro that establishes credibility
3. A main content section with 3–5 points, with placeholder markers
4. A CTA section asking viewers to subscribe
5. An outro
Make it fill-in-the-blank style so I can reuse it for every video.
  1. Get thumbnail concepts:
For each of the 12 video titles, give me a thumbnail concept: the main text (3–5 words max), the visual idea (what the background or main image should be), and the emotion it should evoke. Keep them simple — these are faceless channels so no person-on-camera thumbnails.
  1. Save everything — the niche choice, the calendar, the script template and the thumbnail concepts — in one document. This is your production blueprint.

Check your result

  • You have one chosen niche and can explain why it suits faceless content
  • Your 12 video titles are each under 60 characters and sound like things people actually search
  • Your script template has placeholder markers you can fill in for each video
  • You have a thumbnail concept for every video

If the video titles feel generic, give Claude more context about your angle or expertise: "I'm approaching this from the perspective of someone who actually runs an Etsy shop, not a general productivity blogger." Specificity makes titles sharper.
